About The Gym Terminal

Most gyms in India still run their back office the way they did ten years ago — a laptop at the front desk, a paper register for attendance, a WhatsApp group for reminders, and a receipt book for payments. Not because owners don't want better tools, but because the software built for gyms elsewhere was never built for how a gym actually runs here: cash at the counter, family memberships, a front-desk person who isn't a software person, and WhatsApp as the one channel everyone actually reads.

The Gym Terminal is built to be a gym's entire back office, in the cloud, under the gym's own name — members, billing, attendance, trainers, biometric access, and a shop, in one place, that looks like it belongs to the gym and not to us.

Your brand, not ours

Every gym on The Gym Terminal runs under its own name and logo — on the login page, the ID cards, the receipts, the WhatsApp messages. Members join your gym. Most never learn our name, and that's the point.

Nothing runs on a PC in a back room

No local software, no server to babysit, no "the computer's down" excuse. It's cloud from day one — the front desk, the owner's phone, and a trainer's login all see the same data at the same time.

Data you can actually get rid of

Delete a member and it isn't hidden in a database forever — it goes through a real recovery window and then a real, scheduled, irreversible erasure. Close your account and the same rule applies to everything in it.

We test on a real gym before anything ships

Every change is walked through live, as an owner, a trainer, a staff member and a member, before it goes out — not just read on a screen and assumed to work.

Priced to stay in business, not to extract

We keep a close eye on what it actually costs to run this platform and price around that reality, not around what the market will bear. No setup fees, no per-member charges, no surprise line items.

Who's Behind It

The Gym Terminal is built and run by Asmit Vartak. It's a small, hands-on operation by design — the person who builds a feature is the same person who tests it against a real gym before it ships, and the same person who reads a support message if you send one.
