The Gym Terminal — Terms of Use

By accessing or using The Gym Terminal platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users including gym owners, staff, trainers, and members.

About The Gym Terminal

The Gym Terminal is a gym management platform that enables gym owners to manage their operations including member management, billing, attendance, trainer management, biometric access control, and staff.

User Responsibilities

Gym owners are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their members, staff, and trainers before entering their personal data into the platform. Owners must ensure data accuracy and comply with all applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

Subscription, Payments and No-Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Plans are Basic at Rs. 1,999/month and Advanced at Rs. 3,999/month. Every plan starts with a full 1-month free trial and no credit card is required to start it.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Subscription fees, plan upgrades, add-ons, additional branches, member slot expansions and WhatsApp credits are non-refundable once purchased, in full or in part, regardless of how much of the billing period remains and regardless of whether the platform has been used. This applies even if the account is cancelled or deleted one day after payment. No pro-rata refunds, credits or transfers are issued under any circumstances. The one-month free trial exists specifically so you can evaluate the platform before paying.

Account Deletion

Gym owners may close their account at any time from Settings. Deletion is verified by a one-time code sent to the registered owner email and can only be performed by the gym owner. A complete data export is emailed automatically, the data is retained for 7 days during which the account can be restored, and it is then permanently erased along with all associated logins. Branches may only be deleted by the gym owner, not by branch owners, and also require one-time code verification.

Data Ownership

Gym owners retain full ownership of all member and operational data they enter into the platform. The Gym Terminal does not claim ownership of any gym-specific data. Data can be exported at any time as CSV or Excel files.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the platform's infrastructure, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
